What are the ways I can shop aside from the website?

There are many ways you can shop! If you want to shop in store, you can find our store hours on both the website and social media pages, or you can shop via social media! By joining our private Facebook group (dEAR dANI bOUTIQUE) you can see new merchandise first, get to vote on styles you would like to see in store and join in on giveaways! If you'd like a personal styling session we can schedule that via phone, email or by messaging on social media.

 

How much does it cost for a personal styling session? 

Absolutely nothing! After all, isn't it our job to make sure our customers know how to style outfits and find the best fits for their personal body types? Personal styling is a service we pride ourselves on- we want you to look and feel amazing!

 

 

 What does it mean if an item says pre order in the description?

If an item states pre order, it also gives an estimated arrival date. This means that is when we are told from the designer the item will come into the warehouse to be shipped to our store. Sometimes the item arrives a little earlier, sometimes a little later but usually within a 7 day period of the given date.

 

 

What is the benefit of purchasing a pre order?

We typically wait until items are in store prior to posting them on the website; however, some items we anticipate a quick sell out (hot items). Pre orders allow us to adjust the quantity prior to arrival so that more customers will have the opportunity to obtain the item. If we wait until the item is in stock it is typically sold out quickly and we're only guaranteed our initial order. It also gives you the opportunity to ensure you'll receive the item before it hits our platforms and sells out before you get a chance to purchase it (which happens A LOT)!

 

Can I return items?

Most items are returnable within 10 days from the purchase date (with an extension given during holiday). With the receipt and tags attached, you can either exchange your item for another, receive a store credit, or have your initial payment type refunded. There are some items that are "final sales", you can find those details in 'Returns & Refunds'. If you do not have your receipt we can issue a store credit for the current price of the item. We can not return items without the tags attached or that appear worn in any way. We also do not accept returns on custom orders.
